Niton Refinery Limited is a Ugandan registered company. It was inaugurated in 2018 pioneering the gold sector on the African continent.
Niton Refinery Limited have invested in modern technology and equipment, empowered expert personnel, and developed efficient processes to transform raw materials into high-quality branded goods. The company provides services such as assaying, refining, marketing, sale and export of bullion, vault services, bullion transportation, and logistics, as well as capacity building and training for allied technical institutions.
The refinery also has the capacity to smelt about 120 kilograms (kg) at a time, while the chemical line of the refinery has an installed capacity of 480 kg of gold per day and approximately up to 175 tonnes per anum.

Niton Refinery Limited has obtained all licenses relating to processing, importing and exporting precious metals in a manner favorable to the fiscal regime. Whereas, an authority assigned by the government is monitoring each and every single gram entering Niton Refinery Limited facilities, ensuring that whatever quantity received in Niton Refinery Limited is being processed and thereafter exported. It only implies that everything is documented and being declared thus the production and export figures are exponentially increasing.
Within four (4) years of operations, Niton proved that it has the competence to produce up to 480kgs high finished fine-gold kilo-bars per day. The company’s refining capacity is up to 480kgs/ per day.
Niton Refinery Limited goods is fully insured from the point of delivery up to the time of shipment until it reaches at the destination.
